Inner City Dwellings Get Much Needed Booster

In researched released by The University of NSW today, studies have found that in fact, a majority of Australians who were surveyed support the strategic opening of international borders. The study outlines, that those who were surveyed, support a pragmatically planned approached to support travel and adult-education.

55% of participants were supportive of boarders opening for the purposes of travel between countries where those have been fully vaccinated and have the infection under control. 54% of the survey participants were supportive of opening international boarders to offshore students who were fully vaccinated and will adhered to university-initiated quarantine efforts. Such a proposal has been supported by the NSW Premier, Gladys Berejiklian and will offer students purpose-built housing in Sydney in which they are able to quarantine in.

The support of local NSW government in University efforts to safely secure international students back on Australian soil will have a significant impact to the commercial ecosystem. Inner city dwelling values and rent have both been severely affected by lack of international students. A considered approach to reintroducing students back will likely see a flow on effect to inner city dwelling and hospitality. This program is targeted to deploy in as early as the following months. A watchful and hopeful eye will be kept over the process, in hopes this is the beginning of a much-needed injection back into Adult education and the ecosystem that support it.
